AllShield is a Windows-based heuristic security audit tool. It inspects your PC for indicators commonly associated with card-fraud-related compromise — browser extensions with risky permissions, suspicious hosts-file entries, startup programs running from temp folders, recently installed remote-access software, and similar warning signs — and produces an HTML report.
AllShield is not a substitute for traditional antivirus software. It is designed to complement antivirus by focusing on financial-fraud-specific threats that antivirus is not designed to detect. We recommend running AllShield alongside Windows Defender or your existing antivirus.

AllShield findings are heuristic — they flag items that match patterns associated with risk. They are not definitive verdicts. False positives are expected (e.g., a legitimate browser extension may be flagged for having broad permissions). Use the report as a starting point for your own judgment, not as automated diagnosis.
AllShield is sold as a monthly subscription. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price shown when you signed up.
AllShield is licensed for use on PCs you own or are authorized to use. The Personal plan is for one Windows PC. The Family plan covers up to five PCs in the same household. The Business plan is custom-quoted based on fleet size. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the AllShield software.
AllShield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
This does not limit any rights you have under the Fraud Refund Guarantee, which is a contractual commitment we make to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms (for example, by attempting to redistribute the software). If we terminate you for cause, no refund is due. If we terminate you without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance of the new terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of AllShield will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The AllShield software runs entirely on your computer. Your scan results, files, browser history, and personal data never leave your machine. We don't have access to it. We can't see it.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have specific rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA. We'll honor those rights regardless of where you're located.
We keep your customer information for as long as your subscription is active, plus 7 years after cancellation (for tax/accounting purposes required by law). After that, we delete it.
We use reputable third parties (payment processors, email providers) and rely on their security infrastructure. The AllShield software does not transmit your scan data over the network, so most data security risk is limited to the basic customer information you provide at purchase.
If you experience an unauthorized fraud charge while AllShield is installed and actively running on your PC, we refund 100% of your AllShield subscription paid to date.
The Fraud Refund Guarantee entitles you to a refund of your AllShield subscription payments in the event that you experience an unauthorized fraud charge on a credit or debit card while AllShield was installed and actively running on the Windows PC you used for the affected purchase or account access.
The guarantee refunds your AllShield subscription, not the fraud loss itself. We are not a fraud insurance product. We do not pay back the disputed charge — that's between you and your bank or card issuer. The guarantee is our way of saying: "if our software didn't catch it, you shouldn't have to pay for our software."
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following must be true:

The refund equals the total amount you have paid AllShield in the 12 months prior to the date of the unauthorized fraud charge. For example:
The refund is paid back to the same payment method you used to purchase. Subscriptions paid for in months beyond the 12-month window are not refunded under this guarantee.
You may file one claim per rolling 12-month period. If you experience a second unauthorized fraud charge within 12 months of a previously approved claim, we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis but reserve the right to decline a second refund within the same 12-month window.
Filing a claim under this guarantee does not automatically cancel your AllShield subscription. If you want to also cancel, please say so explicitly in your claim email. After receiving a refund, you may continue your subscription if you choose; subsequent monthly payments are not refunded under this guarantee until 12 months have passed.
Some companies offer fraud "guarantees" that promise to make you whole on the actual fraud loss. AllShield intentionally doesn't promise that — because no anti-fraud software can. The fraud charge gets reversed (or not) by your bank under their dispute-resolution process. What we can control is whether you keep paying us. So our guarantee is straightforward: if our protection didn't catch it, you don't pay for our protection. That's the deal.
